Ace

A little less than a week ago I was invited to join the Ace Solventless team for a private dinner to celebrate their official launch into the Missouri cannabis market. This was pretty monumental for a few reasons; first and foremost, one of their team members has been a good friend of mine since I entered the industry 3 years ago. He has always been honest, kind, and loyal with a work ethic that speaks volumes to his goals in this life. Him and the Ace team bringing the brand to life was such an awestruck moment because I remember it on a street level; I literally was grinning ear to ear when he told me he officially moved to Ace full-time. I don’t know if I could be any prouder of B, but I’m sure he’ll find some way to surprise me. Secondly, Ace moves different. The men that encompass this team come from an assortment of backgrounds but share common threads that have brought to life more than a brand, but a movement of inspiration for anyone who was just a kid that couldn’t seem to find joy in the niches life presented us with… so we created our own. Lastly (to wrap up the whyyy portion of this post), what this team is bringing to the market is next level in terpenes and you can fucking taste it when you smoke one of their products. Ace is rewriting the definition of elevated with a cornucopious experience bursting in every draw leading me to believe their process to be biblical.

Now that you have a baseline understanding of why Ace is such a big deal, please indulge in the following photos because DAMN do these boys know how to throw a party!!

The setting was intimate, in a gorgeous home close to the central west end. The party itself was hosted in the backyard that was adorned with a dab bar, beverage bar, spacious seating arrangements, and a pool. It was a slightly larger event compared to the dinner in October; this go around DJ Yogi was there to captain the vibe as well as several more courses of food added to the menu… in addition to about 30 more people being there.

The food was immaculate, to say the least!! There was such a variety in what we ate and I wish I would have gotten more photos of the food, but I was a bit busy hitting the dab bar and indulging in every iota of the gathering. What a fucking moment to live in! I also enjoyed how comfortable it was to be there; I knew quite a few people in attendance and met some gems in the clouds as we giggled over shared joints while swapping our favorite industry tales. It was also a beautiful time getting to know other women in the industry and create such wonderful memories with them in such a breathtaking environment. The men of Ace were constantly perusing and checking in with each guests, asking our thoughts on the products, enjoying the time with us, and taking shots of ceviche with us (literally a core memory now with Rob).

While I wish I would have stayed longer for the party, I did have my tiny human awaiting his Mommy’s return. I left with a bigger grin than what I walked in with, comfy new clothes that have been worn an obscene amount already, and overflowing excitement for what these Aces are about to do in our Missouri market! I heard they are going to have more products dropping soon, but until then I will be posted up at Viola and Luxury Leaf swooping up Creed 1999. Now that I’ve experienced the high of such tropdankiliciousness I can’t settle for anything less.
